Want to break through a plateau, improve your technique or work towards a specific climbing goal?
Our private coaching at Flashpoint Bristol – Easton gives you dedicated one-to-one tuition tailored to your climbing. Rather than simply getting stronger, a coach can help you make better use of the strength you already have by improving your movement, technique, tactics and approach to climbing.
Whether you’re looking to move up a grade, work on a particular weakness or simply become a more confident and efficient climber, your coach will build the sessions around you and your goals.
Our private coaching package includes three one-hour sessions, and wherever possible we’ll arrange for you to work with the same coach throughout, giving you continuity and the chance to build on each session.
All sessions are led by qualified climbing instructors.

Booking: Contact us. Our team will then get in touch to discuss dates, times, group requirements and the type of climbing session you’d like to arrange.
Please arrive 10 minutes early – it takes a little time to check your paperwork and get your shoes fitted.
Getting here: We are easy to get to via car, train, or on foot. Find us on google maps Here
Parking: We have a small car park at the front of the centre, and a larger one at the rear of the building, accessed via Extract Coffee Roasters next door.
Please do not park on the road once you have passed our entrance.
What to wear: Wear loose comfortable clothing (what you would wear to the gym). It can be a little chilly in the winter, so make sure you have some warm clothes. However, you will warm up while climbing – wearing ‘layers’ that can be added or removed as required is ideal. Please bring some thin socks to wear with the climbing shoes.
Lockers: We have free to use lockers, which require your own padlocks (purchasable at reception). However we cannot take responsibility for your valuables, so ideally do not bring anything of significant value to the centre.
Café: We have a great café serving coffee, cake, sandwiches and soft drinks.
You can cancel your bookings so long as you give us reasonable notice. This is different depending on what type of session you have booked.
Single Sessions: 72 hrs notice required
Parties: 7 days notice required.
Term Bookings: 7 days notice required (from the first session)
