Labyrinth
Labyrinth Climbing are a company who specialise in mindset, movement, and technique coaching.
Mindset is of equal importance to technique and strength training, but is often ignored, or considered once then forgotten. Labyrinth coaches will look for the causes of psychological blocks rather than aimlessly doing fall practice or telling everyone to get stronger fingers.
Labyrinth provide outdoor coaching year round for those looking to improve their sport and trad climbing abilities. Alongside mindset and movement coaching, coaches will look for ways to improve your safety and tactics for projecting and onsighting more effectively.
Labyrinth also run coaching trips to Costa Blanca, Spain based on mindset and technique. See their website for any available dates and more information on what they offer.
