Wild Climbers (4-6)

£13.75 - Single Session
£74.25 - 6 weeks

Wild Climbers is a fun, games-based introduction to climbing for children aged 4–6. Each one-hour session combines climbing-related games and activities designed to develop the core movement and skills needed for climbing and bouldering in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.

Rather than formal assessments, Wild Climbers focuses on taking part, learning new skills and improving. Children collect animal paw-print stickers as they develop different skills, with a certificate awarded after collecting three.

Sessions have a maximum 1:6 instructor-to-child ratio. Children should wear comfortable gym-style clothing and trainers. Climbing shoes are provided, and socks are recommended.

Plan Your Visit

Please arrive 10 minutes early – it takes a little time to check your paperwork and get your shoes fitted.

Getting here: We are easy to get to via car, train, or on foot. Find us on google maps Here

Parking: We have a small car park at the front of the centre, and a larger one at the rear of the building, accessed via Extract Coffee Roasters next door.

Please do not park on the road once you have passed our entrance.

What to wear: Wear loose comfortable clothing (what you would wear to the gym). It can be a little chilly in the winter, so make sure you have some warm clothes. However, you will warm up while climbing – wearing ‘layers’ that can be added or removed as required is ideal. Please bring some thin socks to wear with the climbing shoes.

Lockers: We have free to use lockers, which require your own padlocks (purchasable at reception).  However we cannot take responsibility for your valuables, so ideally do not bring anything of significant value to the centre.

Café: We have a great café serving coffee, cake, sandwiches and soft drinks.
